CCleaner v2.33

CCleaner We're not letting the warmer weather distract us. At Piriform, we're continuing to update our products with new features, greater compatibility, and the latest fixes and user interface improvements.

  • Added support for Flock 3.0.
  • Improved database compacting to only run when needed.
  • Improved Index.dat files cleaning for IE8 to include IECompatCache, IETldCache, PrivacIE folders.
  • Improved accuracy of cleaning status messages.
  • Improved localization and language support.
  • Improved UI text formatting for Cleaner screen.
  • Fixed Startup Tool double-clicking behavior on Win9x.
  • Minor improvements to Registry Cleaner on Windows 7.
  • Added Kurdish translation.

Defraggler v1.20

Defraggler

Every piece of software needs regular updates to optimize it, improve on its features, and fix bugs as they arise. Defraggler v1.20 is an essential update, though it does not introduce any visible new features.


Here's the change log:
  • Improved drive map updating.
  • Improved 64-bit memory addressing.
  • Improved Quick Defrag file algorithms.
  • Improved handling of Windows styles.
  • Fixed bug with MFT buffer zone.
  • Added prompt on exit when long tasks are running.
  • Many improvements to UI when using non-English.
  • Added Georgian translation.
  • Minor stability fixes.

Website Redesign

Piriform Pear As well as making great software, we're also aiming for a great website!

So we've moved things around and restyled certain sections to make the Piriform website faster to navigate, and also slightly easier on the eye! :)

Speccy v1.02

Speccy Now that Speccy is out of beta, we're keeping the updates coming fast and furious, with new features and bug fixes.

To keep or send your system profile to someone, you can now publish to the Web using Speccy.
Speccy uses Piriform's servers to publish the profile without any identifying information. So your data is safe!

Change log:

  • Publish to web feature added.
  • AGP speed now displayed correctly.
  • Added OS serial number to OS spec.
  • Added number of RAM slots to RAM section.
  • Various stability fixes.
  • Minor bug fixes and GUI tweaks.
