Optimization and Cleaning

Why does CCleaner close after cleaning?

There is an option to close the program after cleaning. This may be checked in the Options section.

Additionally some users have reported that viruses or malware can prevent CCleaner from running, so make sure your antivirus software is up-to-date, and do a full system scan.
